AHCC developed an Intelligent Mail Enterprise System to include an Asset Control, Data Acquisition Management, Stamp Fulfillment Services, and other tasks under a multiple task order contract. Task Orders include Information Technology (IT) analysis in which we performed an evaluation on the USPS’s existing Asset Management System for determine improvements, an Intelligent Mail Asset Control System (IMACS) which is a web based solutions that managed over $300 million dollars of over one million assets, an Intelligent Mail Data Acquisition System (IMDAS) to provide the full functionality of creating tickets and tracking the life cycle of all postal furnished equipment and electronic devices, a Stamp Fulfillment Service System to support tracking package data for collectable stamps that are mailed out to customers, and Tier I help desk support managing up to 4,000 calls per month at our headquarter office.
United States Postal Service
(AHCC) is designed and developed a comprehensive HRSSC system to consolidate and integrate all human resource (HR) activities with one user interface. We developed a system to track and manage any HR activities, incident reporting, special HR reporting, and other Human Resource Management (HRM) tools for a seamless process to manage 700,000 employee records. This application supports 2 – 400 end users at USPS support center. The new HRSSC System provides, but not limited to, faster processing, data entry into one system, document management tool, knowledge base management tool, web reporting, and issue tracking. AHCC developed an information management system that provides process optimization and business transformation for HRM.
Library of Congress (USA)
AHCC designed and developed 7 different applications for the LOC application – Open World Leadership Center. We designed and developed an Enterprise Web Application for an international Exchange Program that includes interactive map plotting, document management system, client management system, digital directory, ListServs, unified database and an interactive website with automated posting management system. These Enterprise Web Applications are multilingual applications supporting several languages. It was an aggressive schedule and all 7 applications were completed on time and seamlessly integrated.
Office of Naval Intelligence (USA)
AHCC developed a customized trouble ticket management system to handle requests associated with information technology (IT) troubleshooting and repair issues. The system was designed using Action Request Remedy System Software v.7.0.1, replacing the Remedy 4.5.2 system previously used in the ONI. The IT Request and Incident Management System tracks calls of end users with IT problems capturing pertinent information from each caller interaction to record each time an incident arises. The system assists in responding quickly and concisely to all desktop and application issues, ensuring that requests are resolved efficiently while tracking information including, but not limited to, type of request or incident, response time, and data to examine performance and improvement of incident management processes.
World Food Program (Egypt)
AHCC designed and deployed the Egypt National Food Fortification Program website and monitoring Application funded by the UN World Food Programme (WFP). The project would support the various Food Fortification Programmes in Egypt and link them together, and in specific develop a monitoring application for the Flour Fortification Initiative that produces regular reports in order for concerned partners to take immediate corrective actions accordingly and as needed.
Ministry of State for Administrative Development (Egypt)
AHCC developed an Egyptian Business Web Portal which acts as an e-guide for the Investors by providing them with all the information, references and help for the business sector in Egypt. The Business portal is an informative portal which targets small and medium business establishers, to provide them with all information and instruction they may need to start and maintain their business through step by step business planner. The Business planner acts as an E-business guide to business success step by step.
Egypt Post
In 2007, Egypt Post approached AHCC to develop a complete track and trace delivery system for their Door-to-Door Express delivery. AHCC is currently providing an end-to-end solution for every aspect of the clients’ delivery process. AHCC’s Egypt Post solution consists of three separate but fully integrated IT platforms. These three solutions include:
- Integrated Point of Sale counter automation units
- Handheld PDA for pickup, delivery, tracking, wireless barcode scanning and signature capture
- A Track and Trace website.
