Maidan Dental Clinic Group (Kuwait)
AHCC developed an end to end Inventory management system and sales force automation for fully automating 70 medical clinics and 4 stores in Kuwait, Kuwait. The enterprise system includes on line ordering, automatic ordering with a configurable threshold, inventory management and tracking, replenishment, cycle counts, sales force automation, financial tracking, and reporting.
Vibrant Group (Egypt)
AHCC customized and implemented Great Plains to fit Vibrant Group specific business requirements which are not mapped directly in Dynamics Great Plains. It is known that Great Plains specially used in medium businesses comes with the versatile modules such as: Budgeting & forecasting, Controlling & monitoring, Financial Accounting, Consolidation & Corporate reporting, Intercompany accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow & bank Management, and finally Asset accounting. Accordingly, AHCC main role was to adjust these modules to fit Vibrant Group specific needs. Aside from that, AHCC was responsible for installing all networks components, MIS servers, operating systems, Dynamic Great Plains server and CRM on users’ workstations with applying developed customizations. Moreover, AHCC imported data to the system for real work data manipulation and finally provided training for every user according to his/her business level. AHCC also implemented an electronic branding web-site without content administration aiming to highlight Vibrant Group business background with both its capabilities and products.

AHCC developed an SMS application that manages the customers’ payments and send automatic SMS to customers with to remind them with their due payments and any notifications. The SMS application is integrated with SAP ERP.

AHCC Implemented Integrated logistics system (ILS) to meet Danone needs. Danone has huge number of equipment and they need to manage their maintenance. Therefore they choose AHCC’s product ILS maintenance since it meets their requirements
Flame (Zambia/ Egypt)

Traditional business applications and platforms can be too costly from some. That is why AHCC now offers AHCC’s Integrated Logistics System (ILS) in a platform as a service. This model provides a virtual server hosted at our headquarters and allows a company to pay a monthly service fee for our web based ILS. Services are provided on a private cloud that supplies hosted services to assigned users on your proprietary network. The system can be securely accessed anywhere with security certificate encryption. It is the green way to go!
